Currently, the ILC Diliman, is only accepting interns from colleges and universities with a memorandum of agreement with the University of the Philippines Diliman.
The ILC Diliman Internship Program has by far worked with interns from the following institutions:

- AMA Computer College
- Asian College
- Bulacan State University
- Mariano Marcos State University
- NorthWest Samar State University
- Philippine School of Business Administration
- Polytechnic University of the Philippines
- Technological Institute of the Philippines
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Process
- The university sends an official communication indicating its intent to enter into an On-the-Job Training (OJT) arrangement with the UP Diliman (UPD) unit/office.

- Preparation of the draft MOA between the university and the UPD unit/office.

- The UPD unit/office requests a Certificate of No Special Budget Outlay from the UP Diliman Budget Office.
- The UPD unit/office forwards the signed endorsement letter to the Office of Extension Coordination (OEC).
- OEC reviews the MOA.
- The MOA is forwarded to the Diliman Legal Office (DLO) for review.
- The MOA is then forwarded to the Office of the Chancellor for approval.
- The document is returned to the UPD unit/office for notarization.
- A notarized copy of MOA is provided to OEC.
- OEC forward the MOA to the Board of Regents for final processing.
- OEC provides a copy of the approved MOA to the UPD unit/office.
- The UPD unit/office sends a copy of the approved MOA to the university and informs the student of the official OJT schedule and start date.
The MOA may take around one (1) to six (6) months to complete, subject to the timely review and approval of the different approving offices. For universities and students interested in undertaking their internship with UP Diliman, the sample templates may be used for reference.
