Posts and Announcements Memorandum No. ILCD MFMR 26-001: Training Schedule for UVLe ’26 Memorandum February 2, 2026 In line with the rollout of UVLe ‘26 (https://bagong-uvle.upd.edu.ph/), the updated UVLe platform, ILC Diliman will be conducting a series of training sessions to guide our users to adapt to our new and improved learning management system. We have the following topics on deck: 1. Transitioning to UVLe ’26 & Basic UVLe ’26 for Faculty The first part of this tutorial is geared towards faculty members with experience in using UVLe. The topics in this session introduce changes in the look and feel of UVLe, features and how-tos on transferring your courses from UVLe ‘22 to UVLe ’26. The second part of the tutorial covers the activities that are necessary for managing courses in UVLe ’26. Examples of topics to be covered are course creation, adding and editing course resources, discussion forums, assignments and quizzes. 2. UVLe ‘26 Gradebook & Groupings and Grade Overrides This tutorial will introduce key interface changes in the UVLe gradebook and will cover how to calculate and organize grades in the UVLe ‘26 gradebook, an introduction to Gradebook Setup, and creation and grading of groups activities, including the proper configuration of the gradebook in preparation for CRS integration. The tutorials will also include setting up grading overrides for students/groups with special assessment completion deadlines. The tutorials will be conducted face-to-face with 3 repeat sessions for both topics. Each tutorial session is limited to a maximum of 30 participants only and registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. We encourage colleges/departments to send at least one (1) representative to each of our seminar topics.
