No changes will be made to this service, and users may continue accessing it through its current URL throughout and after the DNS update. During the DNS transition period, users may temporarily experience DNS propagation delays. If you encounter issues accessing UVLe after the update, we recommend waiting a few minutes before trying again or clearing your browser and local DNS cache. The CRS Integration service may also be temporarily unavailable during the DNS update and transition period. 𝐈𝐋𝐂𝐃 𝐌𝐅𝐌𝐑 𝟐𝟔 – 𝟎𝟎𝟒: 𝐔𝐕𝐋𝐞 ’𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐍: 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓-𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 Following the update of the University Virtual Learning Environment (UVLe) last semester, the Interactive Learning Center Diliman (ILC Diliman) will conduct the 𝐔𝐕𝐋𝐞 ’𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧 to assist faculty members and lecturers in transitioning to and using the updated learning management system. Through the Caravan, colleges, departments, institutes, and other academic units may request a unit-based 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 composed of the following parts: 𝟏. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐕𝐋𝐞 ’𝟐𝟔- intended for faculty members and lecturers who have previously used UVLe. This segment will introduce the changes in UVLe ’26 and guide existing users in transitioning to the updated platform. 𝟐. 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐕𝐋𝐞 ’𝟐𝟔- intended for new users with no previous experience using UVLe. This segment will cover the platform’s essential features and basic course-management functions. The session will begin with 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐕𝐋𝐞 ’𝟐𝟔. Participants who are previous UVLe users may leave after completing this segment. The training will then proceed with 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐕𝐋𝐞 ’𝟐𝟔 for participants who are new to the platform. MEMORANDUM NO. ILCD MFMR 26 – 003: Scheduled UVLe System Transition and Maintenance

Posts and Announcements Memorandum No. ILCD MFMR 26-002: Training Schedule for Turnitin – Instructors Workflow Memorandum June 11, 2026 We would like to inform the University community that the University Virtual Learning Environment (UVLe) will undergo scheduled server maintenance and system transition from June 12, 2026 to June 15, 2026. In line with Memorandum No. ILCD-MFMR-25-005 – Launch of the New UVLe, the current UVLe ’22 platform, accessible at uvle.upd.edu.ph, will be transitioned to the newer UVLe ’26 platform, currently accessible at bagong-uvle.upd.edu.ph. Please note that users of UVLe ’22 need not be concerned, as access to UVLe ‘22 will remain unaffected throughout and after the transition. During the maintenance period, UVLe ‘26 will be unavailable to all users. We would also like to inform everyone that the CRS Integration is currently unavailable due to the upgrades that were done to CRS. As a result, automatic synchronization of courses, class lists, and enrollment data between CRS and UVLe is temporarily unavailable. We are still in the process of fixing this issue. To assist users in preparing for UVLe ‘26, migration guides, training materials, and tutorials highlighting the platform’s key features and enhancements are available through the Tutorial Courses menu. Additional information regarding the final maintenance schedule will be released prior to the maintenance activity. We are also pleased to announce the official launch Kolektibong Online Network para sa Edukasyon at Komunikasyon or KONEK accessible at https://konek.upd.edu.ph, the University of the Philippines Diliman’s Open Learning Management System (Open LMS). KONEK is an open, community-powered learning platform inspired by UP Diliman’s UVLe. With just an email address, anyone can explore curated courses, learning objects, and resources created by educators across the Philippines, and learn anytime, anywhere, at their own pace.
