Holy Week Notice Announcement April 06, 2020 ILC Diliman will be closed on Thursday and Friday (April 9 and 10, 2020) in observance of the Holy Week. We will resume work from home arrangements (due to Enhance Community Quarantine) on April 13, Monday at 8:00 am (Manila time).  Please email ilcdhelpdesk.upd@up.edu.ph for assistance. Online support will resume on April 13, Monday. Please expect delays in email replies because access to the internet connection of our staff may be difficult at times. UP ITDC offers Online Training for UP Staff​

UP ITDC offers Online Training for UP Staff Announcement March 10, 2020 UP Information Technology Development Center (UP ITDC) will be conducting online training courses of UP staff. The training sessions are designed to strengthen the Work-From-Home capability of UP staff. The online sessions will be conducted via Zoom webinars and will start on Monday, 30 March 2020. ILC Diliman will adopt skeletal force amid suspension of work

ILC Diliman will adopt skeletal force amid suspension of work March 10, 2020  As part of preventive measures amid the COVID-19, ILC Diliman will adopt the work from home as part of its workforce to ensure that essential services are continued. Skeletal workforce will be present in the office from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MTWThF). Our staff can accommodate helpdesk tickets from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MTWThF). Please understand that we are a small office. Please check FAQs and UVLê information materials before opening a ticket. We are doing our best to address all tickets within office hours. Face-to-face consultations are strongly discouraged. We will not be accepting large-group face-to-face consultation or inquiries in view of social distancing.
