ILC Diliman Helpdesk Notice Announcement September 30, 2021 Dear Helpdesk Users, As of 27 September 2021, ILC Diliman Helpdesk is not sending ticket responses to your respective email addresses. This is because we have issues regarding the Google UP Mail that we use in it.Despite this issue, any Helpdesk ticket responses from us that you may have not received in the past 3 days will be sent to you directly by our support staff and we will try to respond to you as soon as possible. As for new tickets, we will continue to respond to them. However, the emails where you will receive these emails from may change until we resolve this issue with UP Mail. Announcement for CRS integration Announcement September 10, 2021 UVLe Users CRS integration is now live. However, there are still some issues on merging courses created manually thru UVLe and those from CRS integration. We will resolve this by Monday, September 13, 12nn. The UVLe upload limit is currently 2 GB in UVLe ’22 to take into account the backing up of courses. This limit will return to 100 MB after Sept 16. UVLe Team
