Introduction to OVLe for Student on May 24, 2017

ILC Diliman Introduction to OVLe for Student on May 24, 2017 OVLe May 28, 2017 ILC Diliman conducted a short training / seminar-workshop on “Introduction to OVLe for Student” for MPMRD last May 24, 2017 at CSRC. The short training / seminar-workshop covered the basic features and how-to’s of OVLe (short for Open Virtual Learning Environment), the Open University learning management system (LMS).  The seminar-workshop also highlighted the role of technology in student learning, particularly the why’s and advantages of using a LMS to engage student participation and enhance learning. The teachers are Mr. Joseph Ryan Lansangan, Dawn Benigno, Melody Briola and the assistants are Rowena Moralejo, Oliva Gabriel, Tristan Jake Alcantara and John Mark. The seminar-workshop had a different format compared to the previous OVLe training runs.  It was partly delivered online, with training materials readily available to participants via a newly developed training course (in OVLe), and online consultations and follow-throughs were provided/encouraged even after the end of the training.

Blended Training on Excel

ILC Diliman Blended Training on Excel Seminars or Workshop May 23, 2017 ILC Diliman, with Human Resources Development Office, held a short training on the use University Virtual Learning Environment (UVLê) for the Blended Training on Excel last May 20, 2017, at National Engineering Center. The said training ran for eight (8) consecutive Saturdays starting May 20. Participants are administrative personnel from Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration offices.

ILC Diliman Basics of Teaching with UVLe on April 24, 2017 Seminars or Workshop, UVLe April 27, 2017 ILC Diliman conducted a short training / seminar-workshop on Basics of Teaching with UVLê for CMC last April 24, 2017 at the Broad Comm. The short training / seminar-workshop covered the basic features and how-to’s of UVLê (short for University Virtual Learning Environment), the university’s learning management system (LMS).  The seminar-workshop also highlighted the role of technology in student learning, particularly the why’s and advantages of using an LMS to engage student participation and enhance learning. Mr. Van Supranes and Dawn Benigno, facilitated the seminar-workshop. The seminar-workshop had a different format compared to the previous UVLe training runs.  It was partly delivered online, with training materials readily available to participants via a newly developed training course (in UVLe), and online consultations and follow-throughs were provided/encouraged even after the end of the training.
