Introduction to OVLe for Beadles on June 07, 2017

ILC Diliman conducted a short training / seminar-workshop on “Introduction to OVLe for Beadles” for MPMRD last June 07, 2017 at ILC Computer Lab.

The short training / seminar-workshop covered the basic features and how-to’s of OVLe (short for Open Virtual Learning Environment), the Open University learning management system (LMS). The seminar-workshop highlighted the role of Beadles (Beadles are who can access logs and see learners, see link) particularly its functionality and limitation in the LMS. The teacher was Dawn Benigno and the assistants are Mr. Joseph Ryan Lansangan, Tristan Jake Alcantara, and John Mark Roco.

The seminar-workshop had a different format compared to the previous OVLe training runs.  It was partly delivered online, with training materials readily available to participants via a newly developed training course (in OVLe), and online consultations and follow-throughs were provided/encouraged even after the end of the training.
