Introduction to OVLe for Beadles on June 07, 2017

ILC Diliman Introduction to OVLe for Beadles on June 07, 2017 OVLe June 4, 2017 ILC Diliman conducted a short training / seminar-workshop on “Introduction to OVLe for Beadles” for MPMRD last June 07, 2017 at ILC Computer Lab. The short training / seminar-workshop covered the basic features and how-to’s of OVLe (short for Open Virtual Learning Environment), the Open University learning management system (LMS). The seminar-workshop highlighted the role of Beadles (Beadles are who can access logs and see learners, see link) particularly its functionality and limitation in the LMS. The teacher was Dawn Benigno and the assistants are Mr. Joseph Ryan Lansangan, Tristan Jake Alcantara, and John Mark Roco. The seminar-workshop had a different format compared to the previous OVLe training runs.  It was partly delivered online, with training materials readily available to participants via a newly developed training course (in OVLe), and online consultations and follow-throughs were provided/encouraged even after the end of the training.

ILC Diliman Introduction to OVLe for Student on May 24, 2017 OVLe May 28, 2017 ILC Diliman conducted a short training / seminar-workshop on “Introduction to OVLe for Student” for MPMRD last May 24, 2017 at CSRC. The short training / seminar-workshop covered the basic features and how-to’s of OVLe (short for Open Virtual Learning Environment), the Open University learning management system (LMS).  The seminar-workshop also highlighted the role of technology in student learning, particularly the why’s and advantages of using a LMS to engage student participation and enhance learning. The teachers are Mr. Joseph Ryan Lansangan, Dawn Benigno, Melody Briola and the assistants are Rowena Moralejo, Oliva Gabriel, Tristan Jake Alcantara and John Mark. The seminar-workshop had a different format compared to the previous OVLe training runs.  It was partly delivered online, with training materials readily available to participants via a newly developed training course (in OVLe), and online consultations and follow-throughs were provided/encouraged even after the end of the training.
